Bush No. 3 (After the Snow)
Bush No. 3 was conceived purely in textile terms.
The foreground is rutted snow worked in horizontal double cross stitch.
To the left of the bush ice is formed by using algerian eyelets with small seed beads in the centre.
The top background is a carpet of snow, using the same colours as the fore ground with some slight additions.
The whole is a bleak winter scene.
